Unless otherwise agreed: - A deposit may be required before work commences - Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue - Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate specified in the project agreement - Nova.io reserves the right to suspend work on any project where payment is overdue All fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: - Your use of or inability to use our website or services - Any errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies in the website or services - Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data Our total liability for any claim arising from a project engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.
